Thomas H. Jackson

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Thomas H. Jackson brings a wealth of intellectual property law experience to Cameron LLP. He has been in private practice for over 20 years representing domestic and foreign clients in U.S. and international patent prosecution and litigation matters. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jackson served as in-house patent counsel at Siemens USA, AT&T and Bell Telephone Laboratories.
Mr. Jackson has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patents to issue in the field of electrical, electronic and computer arts including special concentrations in telecommunications and converging television technologies, and medical and optical devices. He is also an experienced litigator having represented patent owners as plaintiffs and defendants in patent cases.
Mr. Jackson is a co-author of Telecommunications Client Strategies, Thomson Reuters/Aspatore, 2008. He is fluent in both German and French.
Mr. Jackson holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Pennsylvania, an MEA degree in Engineering Administration from George Washington University and a JD from Seton Hall University.
