Cameron LLP Appointed Transaction Advisor for the Reform and Modernization of Telecom Services Kiribati Ltd.

Cameron LLP, led by partner Tom Skilton, has been appointed by the Ministry of Communication, Transport and Tourism Development of the Republic of Kiribati as international counsel in connection with its planned modernization and reform, including the possible privatization of, Telecom Services Kiribati Ltd. (“TSKL”), the wholly-owned telecommunications company of the island nation of Kiribati. Cameron is part of a team of transaction advisors, also including Nathan Associates, Inc. and SINTRA Consulting Inc. The project is being undertaken in conjunction with the World Bank Telecommunications Sector Project.
