Environmental Law

Our environmental practice reaches back to 1970, to the inception of environmental law in the United States. We have advised corporate clients and trade associations regarding compliance with and litigation regarding virtually every statute administered by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Council on Environmental Quality. These include, for example, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, and the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (also referred to as the Superfund statute).
